One platform, two distinct ways to experience it.

One platform, two distinct ways to experience it. 🎯

The Marocchi First MK2 range combines sporting performance with hunting tradition, offering configurations dedicated to different shooting needs.

🏆 The Sporter version features an adjustable stock and standard internal and external chokes, ensuring versatility and accuracy on the shooting range.

🌿 For those who prefer the field, the First MK2 Field translates the same platform into a configuration designed specifically for hunting.

Updated in 2025, the First MK2 continues to be a cornerstone of Marocchi’s over-and-under shotgun range: versatile, reliable and unmistakably Marocchi.

More and more shooters appreciate the qualities of the 20-gauge, and we have set ourselves the goal of interpreting them to the fullest.

The First 20-gauge model was developed with a dedicated receiver and a proportioned stock — two precise design choices that give life to an over-and-under that is light, fast, and exceptionally smooth to swing.

Three First MK2 are ready to begin three different stories.

Two new owners have chosen the LEGGERO version and will test its agility and lightness during the recently started hunting season. The third has opted for the Sporter variant, which will accompany them to the clay pigeon shooting range.

We wish our three new Marocchi friends a happy experience!

The letter “L” defines the identity of this Nexus. And do you know what it means? Luxury.

A concept that takes shape in the careful brushing of the surfaces and the refined engraving — the two elements that most define this premium version of the platform.
And according to Marocchi, luxury is recognized first and foremost in the quality of the details.

Steel on the outside, Marocchi at its core.

The First MK2 DL is the third key interpretation of the range, designed for those seeking an over-and-under with a steel receiver and automatic ejectors.

On the sides, the hand-gilded pheasant in flight breaks the rigor of the metal with a refined decorative touch.

The First MK2 Sporter’s sporting vocation extends beyond its features.

Of course, the adjustable comb stock and 90 mm internal/external chokes make it an ideal solution for those approaching clay shooting, but it is the details of the receiver that truly complete its identity.

Light in the hand, quick on target.

This is the nature of the Nexus 20, developed around carefully considered proportions to fully exploit the potential of the 20-gauge.

If we had to sum it up in a single word, there would be no doubt:handling.

Even before the engravings, you can see the precise, rigorously manual gestures. Look closely.

The surfaces of the First MK2 LEGGERO are prepared by hand, brushing the metal in the same direction until a refined, ultra-light texture is achieved.

Then the engravers from the Val Trompia gunsmithing district come into play: the ornamental motif meets the woodcock in flight, hand-gilded at the end of the process.

This is where the difference between standardized production and a semi-artisanal over-and-under clearly emerges.

Made in Italy, yes. Prohibitive price? Not necessarily.

Different needs require different engineering solutions.

The First MK2 LEGGERO is designed for those who, when hunting on foot, primarily seek lightness and agility;

The First MK2 Sporter, on the other hand, focuses on stability and precision for clay shooting.

The difference lies in the receiver:Ergal for the LEGGERO’s lightweight construction, forged steel for the Sporter.

Because changing configuration is not enough — each application deserves specific design.

All the care of craftsmanship is captured in precious details.

On the top lever of our MK2 Leggero, the true star is the Queen of the Woods: the woodcock, finely gold-inlaid and framed within the ornamental engraving.

A detail that pays tribute to the tradition and the refined craftsmanship that sets every Marocchi product apart. ✨
